ready, set, sold!

While working within real estate, I’ve made hundreds of postcards, brochures, flyers, slide decks, signage, social posts, eblasts– truly the whole nine yards when it comes to commercial real estate marketing collateral. What individuals outside of the trade don’t normally see, is the profound impact these materials make on successfully selling properties. Whether it is through building or locational highlights, typographical hierarchy, or eye-catching graphics, brochures carry a massive impact in the mind of customers. While designing these pieces, I always keep in mind what is most important to the customer, and how we can best showcase that in the eyes of potential buyers.

Using Indesign for layout, Illustrator for map detailing, and Photoshop for photo fine-tuning, these brochures become an accumulation of valuable detail, selling the properties without even having to speak.
